IKATO ENGINEERING SDN BHD (formally known as Starlex Engineering & Trading)
was incorporated in 2009 as an established wholesaler dealing with machinery
and engineering spare parts. Through integrity, hard work and forte in the business circle, it gradually diversified into other enterprising industries such as selling imported parts to other industries.
 

Essentially, we supply to our clientele mainly the palm oil mills and other industries such as rubber mill, quarry, and plywood factory. The company has registered with several major palm oil mills nationwide; in providing replacement for maintenance and engineering parts particularly, conveyor chains. Ikato Engineering's success has been truly blessed from its inception because the company poses a highly diverse team with qualification and experience headed by Mr. David Lim, Managing Director of the company, who has more than 30 years of knowledge and experience in the machinery and engineering spare parts industries.
 

Recognizing the changing dynamics of the business world and not one to rest on their laurels, Ikato Engineering took some progressive steps in 2009 to give itself a competitive edge by sourcing and employing only qualified and experienced personnel; and networking its operation with a specially designed management software, our products are precision made and engineered to meet the impulsive working conditions encountered in the palm oil industry. Through the progressive of implementation, Ikato Engineering has established a system to control and integrate every aspect of its operations for the sole purpose of achieving its Company Policy and Objective, which is Total Customer Satisfaction.
